Came here as was staying at hotel next door as a solo lady. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed a lovely meal and happy to see that they served my favourite zero alcohol Italian lager as not many places seem to have it. Felt very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and would recommend.

Staff are so amazing we did bottomless brunch, food options were good and our food came out hot and delicious. The guys behind the bar specifically Gareth and James were lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely be coming back. Such a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to family’s or groups friends. Best service and the best experience.

Great place, good atmosphere and the staff are great. However the cost of living seems to have hit hard as we went the other night to find most of the things we wanted to eat where sold out, and notice says kitchen closing early.

Its a shame really because their food is normally great and worth having. Hopefully soon they will return to some form of normality but it doesnt bode well at the moment.

Came for a family meal with our quiz winnings throughout the year. Amazing service from Amy, James and the team! Definitely recommend as a family friendly pub!

This pub is the only pub open in the immediate vicinity of Walton-on-Thames station. Facing a 1 hour+ wait when two trains in a row back to London were cancelled, I popped in here on a chilly January afternoon looking to partake of the well-reviewd Sunday roast. On entering the pub looked inviting enough, with fires going in the two dining areas, and was full up except for one table. It was about 4:30 pm when I went up to the bar to place my order, but was disappointed to find that not only was the Sunday roast no longer available, they had stopped serving food altogether. Consequently, I cannot take the food or service into account in this review, but will give it 4 stars purely on the basis of ambiance and the fact that it is clearly a popular venue.
