Under new management. When we came here for a drink after a meal out, we were surprised that the old owners had shut up shop. When I asked the barmaid what ciders she had on tap (as I wasn't sure if things had changed or not as a result of the new ownership) I was given the list of ales she had on tap....Not great when their staff don't know the drinks that they are selling...plus it was really quiet, we were the only people in there on a Saturday night at around 9pm. Shame.

This pub is awesome, stumbled upon it the other night and was impressed. My favourite Ringwood beers on tap, great atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. Hope to return soon!

Excellent pub, best in the area!! Fantastic selection of beers and spirits. Very friendly staff. The pub is absolutely spotlessly clean. It has a great garden and dog friendly.

Popped in one lunchtime and ordered a lager using £5 note. Barmaid gleefully (in loud voice so others can hear) stated its £5-70.

No visible list (as legally required) of prices. Only a few customers.

Now frequent some lunchtimes King's Head further up the road which has a much better ambiance and more customers. Drinks currently less that £5 so more reasonable price.
