Best beer in Warwickshire served by one of the longest serving landlords. Great local atmosphere enhanced by enigmatic Patron. No food but beer really needs to be sampled to see how ale should really be served.

Brian the landlord and Ben the dog are extremely welcoming and we had a fantastic evening with some excellently kept real ale and some tunes on the Duke box. Go and support this pub for as long as it exists because this is what a pub should be like. We'll be making it our regular!

We love this little gem! a proper pub. We went here after seeing our friend perform in a play at the church. Brian is an amazing host and looked after us well. He does an amazing homemade chilli vodka and will be able to teach you as thing or two about music.
