I came tonight for a meal with my girlfriend, I had the bacon and cheese burger come out with a brioche bun what was Hard and not even toasted, a small tiny Piece of streaky bacon, with a handful of chips. Girlfriend steak was nice very fatty, the blue cheese sauce could’ve been water wasn’t best pleased………

Great pub with friendly staff, slightly high on the price of a pint but a good location. A great first date location, i didn’t order food but it looked good.

Very nice food and really accommodating staff. They were so helpful with our 18 month old. I know they only recently took on the place, wish them all the best for the future.

Well I have been here 3 times now twice with the previous management and my 3rd visit will be my last. The portions are considerably small now, I know the cost of living has hit everyone but surely with what's served you can't still push the price up. I had the salmon and I felt like I was pushing a salt container around my mouth. My companion had the crab linguine and let's just say we needed a magnifying glass to find the crab, and the pasta tasted of rubber. We are so so disappointed and feel robbed of our money. I'm all for supporting local businesses but where is Gordon Ramsey when you need him. I won't be coming back in the future, safe to say it was a wasted trip.

It used to be a good pub but has struggled to keep a landlord. The decor, on face of it, is quite nice, until u start looking closer n see that it is quite grubby. I believe the managers have had trouble getting the leaseholders to do any work. Shame, was best pub when first opened.

Not been in this pub for 25 years. It used to be "The Bridge Inn" . It has been renovated into a really cosy but modern experience pub. Had lunch and a pint. Very good.
