Three Lights

£22 for one of the toughest Sirloin Steaks I've ever eaten. Well... Half eaten, because it was inedible.
£2 Extra for sauce.
London Prices but not London Quality, so unfortunate, was meant to be celebrating.

Staff offered to replace the meal but we don't exactly have time to wait 30mins again.

Hunters chicken that I was able to try was nice, if there wasn't a two for one deal I would have demanded a refund or price reduction.

Again the staff are friendly but it's management that's the problem buying cheap steak.

*Recieved a response: Correct it was in the two for one deal as I mentioned. But if someone comes to this place on their own then it will still be £22 which is ridiculous because as mentioned those are London Prices. Infact they're higher then many places i know in London.

**Steak like these can often be found from poor quality suppliers, I don't know if its a local thing because the same type of poor quality steak was within The Ship in Elswick.

The service was fantastic from being seated to our orders being taken.
We were given notice of the main courses from the kitchen so we could get our carvery and eat together.
Chef Craig on the carvery was really helpful and polite. Really I avoid carvery food due to the fear of soft, dry, bland foods but was eating with my Nan who loves them… anyway I was REALLY pleased with the standard of food! The meats were delicious. I had the gammon and turkey (never normally get the white meat but it looked decent (and tasted lovely)). The veg was also amazing, there was flavour and texture and hands down the best carvery I’ve had - If I lived locally I’d be here every Sunday!
The other food for the table was also very tasty and we all left full and very happy.
I’ll be sure to return next time I visit family :)

drove past this pub for year's going to Fleetwood but never tried it ,we gave it a go and was shocked at the size of it inside, we had food which was very good and table service was great I would definitely come back

Fitted 10 of us in at very short notice, which was very good. The staff are everything you could hope for, friendly, attentive and helpful. Luke was our server, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, coupled with a great personality. The carvery option was a real winner. Great staff, inviting pub, and good food. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

We went for Sunday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had carvery and the portion was generous and a good selection. The table service was great and all the staff friendly. Fully accessible for disabled, plenty of parking. Mid range prices, I paid £40 for the 2 meals and drinks. Much improved since our last visit a couple of years ago and we will go again.

My partner had the sirloin steak and she remarked it was tasty and cooked to perfection.
I had the cod and chips. Now you get a lot of places that serve up a huge amount of batter and very little fish, but this was meaty fish all the way throughout.
The service was lovely and attentive.
Highly recommended.

Went for Sunday carvery. Soup starter was home made and delicious. Carvery was on a par with most. Timing is always crucial as certain items were getting ready to be topped up. Service was quick and friendly. Overall a nice experience.

Excellent service, friendly staff and lovely food.
Parking is great and the whole place is very very clean and comfortable.
I just googled "nearest carvery" and this place came up closest and I'm not disappointed, I'll definitely eat here again.
