Have been there for Sunday lunch twice over recent weeks and was pleased with the overall experience. Staff really nice and friendly and the food was of a good standard and priced accordingly (reasonably priced). I will be going again soon.

Such a friendly venue, beautiful food the best we've had in a long time. We had our birthdays here and felt really special, thanks to the team and the lovely chef who we also met. Adam and Catlin looked after us so thanks guys x

The Monday night (20:30) Pub Quiz is brilliant.
We were going to pub hop to find the best pub quiz and the Cricketers was our first choice. I can't recommend any other pubs for a pub quiz because we haven't gone anywhere else over the last 3 weeks.

Visited for a family birthday meal. Food was amazing. Starter was crispy chicken and my main was topside of beef. Although I waited for both after others where eating I received a free drink. The crispy chicken was full of spicy flavour. The beef gravy was yum 😋

Me and my mum went here for tea last night. It was lovely and always has been for many many years now. This is why its one of the best places to eat in Ormskirk. Thanks to the staff who are a pleasure.

Went for a birthday meal for my son. There were 5 adults.

The menu is interesting, with some favourites and some more unusual options.m including vegetarian dishes.

It was quite busy when we arrived so somewhat noisy. I found the music too loud and some of the lighting a little harsh. Other than that, the seating was comfortable, service was friendly (slow but they did seem to have a few large parties in).

We all enjoyed the meals we had. Some were served in unexpected ways - mine on a board with little pans and saucers for each part of the dish - while others were served on proper plates.

The prices are on the high side but not too bad for a nice treat. Ours averaged about £27 per person with 5 meals, 3 desserts, and a couple of drinks each.

Small car park.
Clean toilets.
Wheelchair accessible (but some narrow spaces).

Had a fabulous meal here for my sister's 30th. The staff were so accommodating, excellent customer service, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.
