The Forest Tavern

New landlords is very hospitable and the pub is clean👏👏👏. Must be the military background. There's one real ale and Guinness on draught. They currently don't take card☹️ but may do soon. Of you've ever been.. Go again it's back to its former glory👐👐

It's a great little place, the people who run the pub are so friendly and there is a nice atmosphere.
The beer garden has a nice summer house and tables with benches.

Had my children's joint birthday party in the upstairs function room the room was perfect the food was perfect would recommend to everyone the landlord and landlady were very welcoming and we will definitely be booking another party here , thanks again

Land lord and lady fantastic couple. Did me a function and was faultless. Couldn't of done enough for me and my family. Two great placed Chesterfield seats right in front of the fire. Love this pub.

Shocking introduction to a 20+ year old local pub now run by non local inhospitable wannabe publicans...what a shame. Need to learn manners to start with...beginning of the end!
Will not Spend another penny of my money in there while these wannabes want to be in a dictatorship!!...very poor!

First visit, belting little pub, nice atmosphere, very friendly publicans, Mansfield stout nicer than Guinness.
