The Pavilion

Good value pub. Strange room layout. Rather awkward. Pool table and bar games, decent value. Felt a little bit of sorts though to be honest. Seating areas quite sketchy.

I went last night with my fiancée for a comedy night. The bar staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the comedy night itself was brilliant. We had a right laugh. All the acts were funny in their own way, and the host did a wonderful job of keeping things flowing. I highly recommend The Pavilion, and their comedy nights. My fiancée and I can't wait for the next comedy night!

As a lone traveller I am always a bit nervous going alone into a pub. No need with this one. A friendly greeting. Great banter and great priced ale. I will return!

Overcooked Parsnips.

Very Poor.

Brilliant since being taken over, lovely and welcoming staff and great entertainment! Fair priced drinks and all round good atmosphere :) Come here and you won't be disappointed :)

In on a saturday night. Music was soo loud you couldn't make out the song. It was just a noise. Drinks and staff were nice and friendly no complaints there.

The sound system, sound engineer and setup of the room did not do any of the musicians justice.

The backline provided is need serious work.

The set up of the room does not encourage any audience inclusion.

Great pub, friendly atmosphere, really good juke box if you like guitar music of all kinds. Cheap pints and great staff 👍
