The Flora

Lovely home-made food, and a lovely, quirky little place with very friendly staff. We went for a works lunch, and will definitely be going back.

Limited range of beers but at least they serve Guinness! The bar has a fresh modern feel and the staff are bubbly and helpful. It is situated in the heart of a stadent accommodation area so generally the customers are younger so has anlively atmosphere.

Very good Guinness, nice clean pub with great atmosphere. Bar staff are friendly and chatty, definitely worth a visit and a return visit!

Me and my dog Ralph have recently started using the pub and we are always made very welcome. The staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is brilliant. Ralph wants to go there every night 😂

Nice place. Friendly staff, good for live music or watching the game. Take a taxi, no parking in the area. Highly recommend a visit, will go again soon

A regular visitor at Flora. Flora is a pub in cathays not very far from the Cardiff city which has a large seating area - indoors as well as outdoors in the garden. There’s a tent as well in the garden which can be booked for parties with large groups.

Every Tuesday nights, they host fun pub quizzes. This used to be conducted by the team YES QUIZZES. Apart from this, they also host music bands and other events. It’s a good place for hosting events, although it’s not the cheapest and the most accessible option around.

The staff is super friendly too. The biggest downside is that They serve food only on Sundays.

Verdict: A good location to hang out in groups.

Lovely place for the weekend. Had a private party last week, everything was marvellous!
