Wonderfully friendly staff, great local people. Good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non. 2 x bars, great love music. Yummy pizza

We stopped by for a bit of food while passing through. The locals were welcoming and helpful, and the portion of food for what you pay for is huge! Very generous with great prices. You can tell you have your regulars in there which I know can be off putting in places but this really wasn’t the case. We felt comfortable being there and everyone gave us a wave and said goodbye when we left. If you’re considering stopping here, do it!

Rude staff new to the are classed as a dog friendly pub but one member of staff made us very unwelcome when our dog took a pee . If your going to put water bowls down, the inevitable happens. Then walked out with a bucket of water with soap and threw it at us. Not us directly but at our feet. Dare to say won't be returning

Stayed overnight with our motorhome in car park. Very warm welcome from family that owned pub and also the local clientele. Great home made food, we both had the chilli with home made chips and lovely side salad. Excellent value and will definitely call again.😋👍👍

Always stop here for a break on journey. Excellent service, good food and good choice of drinks and coffees etc. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Very clean toilets and ample parking. Recommend.

What a cracking dog friendly pub.
The locals and the staff make you feel very welcome.
Excellent home cooked food and the portions are huge.
Our group of 12 then pre booked breakfast to break up our holiday homeward bound.

Lovely people, went there twice in a week as we went on holiday and it was amazing, dog friendly so you can bring dogs in.
