Booked here for dinner whilst on holiday and couldn’t recommend them enough. We booked ahead to avoid disappointment and we’re glad we did, as the restaurant filled up quickly. Their menu had a good range of veg/fish/meat dishes, as well as some specials. Our food arrived promptly, was hot and the portions were generous. I didn’t think it was particularly cheap, but felt we got our money’s worth! The service was also excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend stopped here for lunch or dinner whilst on your travels!

What a wonderful meal we had!! I had the mushroom & red onion pappardelle and my partner had the Cornish sole. Our meals were delicious, the portions were huge and so satisfying and the staff were fantastic as well. We even went back a while later to have some great coffee. Thanks for having us!

Overnight stay with family for a birthday celebration. Lovely old inn in a beautiful area. The dinner and breakfast was excellent using local produce and reasonably priced, also good selection of drinks. All staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that there is not a big enough area in the bar to to just chill before and after dining. Will return.

We stayed for 2 nights and tried the restaurant on the first night.
Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, the room was nice and cozy with everything we needed, and the meal was great.
They provide some info on what to do and see around the area.
Bus 388 goes right by the inn and driver Gordon is awesome.
Wish we had more time and the weather wasn’t so Welsh. 🤪

A lovely restaurant to share a meal with family and friends. Essential to book, even on a windy Wednesday evening in November, the place was packed.
Menu has a reasonable range of starters, mains and sweets and between us we sampled a fair range and all were delicious. The cod and chips being extremely generous portions requiring a good appetite!
Service was swift, courteous and friendly.
Atmosphere was perfect for chatting and enjoying food, no loud music or bawdy behaviou also family friendly.
Prices for mains around £17 to £27 but good food worth paying for.
A most enjoyable evening.

We are staying nearby and the Stackpole Inn was recommended to us for food. It was excellent. A lovely warm welcome, good service, and food was fantastic. Perfectly cooked and seasoned steaks, big juicy mushrooms with large crispy beer battered onion rings. It was easy to tell that all the produce was fresh and locally sourced. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Stayed at this lovely Inn last night. Arrived and were greeted by very pleasant friendly staff. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We dined at the inn restaurant. The food was excellent with a fabulous daily specials menu available. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The Inn has a fairly extensive wine list and my only small criticism would be nicer wine glasses. A small detail but relevant. Breakfast was again very good with a great selection on offer. Will definitely visit the Stackpole Inn again. Thank you for a lovely evening.
