Friendly atmosphere, bright modern gym with good equipment, very reasonably priced memberships, virtual spinning classes, easy to use, lots of parking, my 14 year old can go too!

I went in, signed up for a months membership and was specifically told that I could cancel anytime as it's just a months membership. After I emailed they said that this isn't possible, have then charged me another month and won't respond to my emails. I am still owed 2 sessions by a PT at the gym who has stopped responding to me.

Awful customer service, was lied to and would recommend any other gym in the area.

Very good budget gym. Enough equipment to suit virtually every fitness style/category. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to use anything.

Been with this gym for a while. The staff are super friendly and helpful! There are a big range of classes to attend, I tried yoga for the first time this week. Lots of equipment, machines, and weights. The lighting is super cool and futuristic. There are fans that keep you cool. There is a water fountain which I make use of. There is music playing out loud, but if it's not your style it is easily blocked by your own headphones. Absolutely recommend this gym

Pros :-

Good quality equipment and well mannered staff.

Cons :-

They keep rearranging equipment and functions of additional rooms, and it’s extremely confusing and breaks my flow.

Very miserly on improvements and owners are very tight. Even the newly installed entry system is very low quality compared to the other gyms. They only decided to invest once the other new gyms opened with better layouts and facilities.

I am seeking other options.

First day visiting this gym today and have to say I was really impressed.
Had a good chat with a few members of staff including Tom the manager who showed me around the fantastic facilities.
Definitely one of the better gyms in Preston, would recommend 👍🏻

Reasonable price, friendly staff and wide range of both cardio and weight training equipment. My only negative comments would be the lack of lighting on the car park and the mould issues in the gents changing room/showers.

Unfortunately while the gym facility is great and the classes they offer are both versatile and plentiful- the office staff is a bit average. Anytime I’ve needed help it seems like I’m bothering the worker. I’ve seen workers not look up at all when someone is at the front in need of help, and it takes them minutes to grab their attention. I’ve had to press the “assistance” button 3 times and then even still knock on the office window. A lot of the office workers don’t even look happy to be there. If you’re looking for PT I would highly recommend them. There are multiple trainers with different styles- you would def find what you’re looking for there
