I've been going to this gym since 2012 and i was starting to lose my motivation for training in the past few months. However since the refurb and all the changes i cant believe the difference it made. There really isn't anything else you could ask for in this gym.

The staff are friendly, always happy to help with anything and you are made welcome no matter what your fitness abilities are.
More hammer strength equipment then you’ve ever heard of and it’s always reinvesting in new equipment.

With the top class equipement , great environment and friendly staff you have everything you need in one place.

I never wanted to go to the gym, but after a couple of sessions at Spartan I felt I had the confidence to continue with training to better myself! The staff are friendly and the equipment available is amazing. 5 stars!

If you go to the gym regularly or your a first time visitor this is the place for you. Warm welcome great advice and some of the latest equipment and with team classes to motivate you towards your goal it's the idea place to keep fit.

Awful sadly, it’s just full of youth that come and use it like a youth club lounging on the machines while they text stand around in groups of 5/6!
Cardio equipment below standard, running machines two different brands, smashed screen on one. Spin bikes are fine but exercise bikes broken no peddle strap wider seats yes but not comfy at all. Never seems to an adult working the front desk always someone that looks under 18. Weight equipment cramped in and very little space to to free weight sets. Over all not worth the money think the owner need to go back to basics 18+ gym only invest in a full set gym equipment from company’s like technogym for example. Needs hire some adults that are qualified gym instructors as you don’t get a gym induction when signing up just sign take your money and off you go!

Excellent gym not used it myself but my son has and says it's fab
