Core The Gym

I've only joined a couple of gyms before, however this is a great place to train.
I'd love to see sets of kettlebells to use at different weights as there's only singles.
Otherwise I find the facilities well kept, and a great range of equipment. The thing that keeps me coming is the Olympic lifting. I tried the beginners classes and it's great! A nice mix of fun and challenge, and a chance to interact with some lovely people.
The staff are immensely friendly and helpful. Providing training plans when you ask, and guidance on the equipment and exercises recommended for the plan.

Recently visited core gym, equipment availability was great! Staff were very knowledgeable, in particular a young lady who was able to answer all questions and provided me with all the pro’s and con’s of PT sessions which I was particularly interested in.

I've been a member of Core for over 5 years. The gym is always very clean, and staff are always friendly and helpful. They really think about what the members like when making the equipment choice.
I've also had the pleasure of training with Diwi. He's training style is intentional and informative which I love. Definitely see changes in my body and mindset.

I've been coming for a few months now and have no complaints. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the equipment's pretty clean. I'm glad to have found an affordable gym in my local area!

I left here a long time ago and recently rejoined and I’m so glad I did. Really friendly atmosphere, nice range of workout machines, friendly staff and overall really clean. Glad to be back 🙌🏽

This gym gives whole new meaning for it's name. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, showers, lockers, parking, you name it. You have to step in to understand! 5 stars all day long
