Anytime Fitness Croydon Central

If anyone wants worth their money at a gym , I’d go to anytime fitness. Absolute in Love with their equipment , atmosphere, very efficient and friendly staff who are always there to help. If I could give them more than five stars I would’ve for their hygiene and cleanliness. They have 3 showers in immaculate conditions at all times, 4 toilets, tons of lockers which you don’t need to hire with coins. Temperature control is excellent as I’ve experienced in the past with other gym that either it gets too cold or overly hot making your workout uneasy. Keep up the great work to the whole team! 🙌

Very good gym, in terms of pricing and quality I think is the best in Croydon. Clean, tidy, great equipment, private locker rooms with shower facilities. Really good.

The best gym I have been to,the people that work there are always welcoming and friendly! You need help or what so ever they will help you,everyone that you meet in this gym are always friendly,always clean!!!!
Also you have your own key ,so I can go when I want and they ant no immature people coming in which is great!! Great gym!!

I really like the energy of the owner, manager and all the people who are working here. Place is fresh and clean. I recommend to everyone who is looking not just a gym, but a gym with energetic, helpful and smiling people who will assist you on your health and help you reach your goal, this is the gym to go for sure!

Great gym, larger than it looks at street level with the basement rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and functioning equipment. Seems to have everything you need at a great price.

Absolutely shocking. Looks like someone set up their gym in their front room. It was good years ago. Hardly any equipment, i look through the window and I'm staggered that they actually have members. Staff must be using jedi mind tricks

I was invited to a free gym session back in September/October. End of the session came and I signed up with the understanding that I had a 14 day grace period and if I use the facilities would not get the full refund.The very next day I returned to the gym and cancelled my membership and was given a full refund. Then November this gym took money from my account. The bank refunded the transactions and the direct debit. I now constantly get message saying that I owe for this membership. I have called many times no one answered. I finally got through to someone today who claimed they would sort this out and return my call to let me know why I was still having messages. They didn't. I would not advise anyone to join this gym, its rip off..I am still waiting for the issues to be resolved.,

Absolutely disgusting costumer service! I joined 18.08.2020 for a 3 months contract, lady at the desk informed that there is no strings attached as per my contract and once it will come yo 3 months it will be terminated and if I'd wish to stay I would have to inform of wanting to continue.

We are now in December 2021 and they are still charging me!!!! Costumer service is ignoring my emails and are not willing to refund money or are giving any updates on what's happening with my membership.

Avoid at any cost!!!!! Terrible!!!!!

I suppose they were trying to get new costumers to join as it was just in between reopening business after lockdown restrictions with false information and now I'm stuck!
