Promenade Outdoor Gym

I used this gym regularly a couple of years ago. It's great to get a taster of using gym equipment. Obviously not as good as working out at an indoor gym but you can't beat the fresh air and fantastic views. Meet a variety of people there, very popular with families.
Over the last couple of years it has been updated with some new equipment to replace broken items. This gives it a fresh new feel. I'll definitely be returning.

I go at silly o'clock 2 '3 am peaceful just the swans and ships passing not suedoing right but I keep going !No good if you got baby need to change here as you cont got into baby changing room at eny time Needs to be fixed !!!

It's free and it's not heavy on a workout, fantastic scenery.

It is a good place for a free place to find a working outside exercise gym. Included is a basket ball court all built for encouraging greater fitness for everyone due to the 2012 London Olympics. It's open to anyone from the child to senior citizen to use. When I have had a go with the equipment it was well maintained and safe to use. Plus it's very popular place for people of all ages to congregate and play. It's in a good location near to one end of the Gravesend promenade.
