Really good gym 👍. Clean facilities and a decent range of equipment, despite the small size of the gym compared to others. Staff are helpful and friendly. In addition, there is a good balance atmosphere between having fun and serious workouts. Pricing is reasonable with three tiers of membership and they even have a dog mascot... which is awesome. 💪

Being brand new to a gym I was nervous starting. There was no need to be. The staff are so welcoming and encouraging. Always a friendly wave when you arrive and leave the gym. They know your name and give encouraging comments. Lovely friendly community of all ages.
I did not attend for a month or two, so I contacted the gym who put me in touch with a fabulous personal trainer who has helped me get on track and I have made great progress.
Would definitely recommend. Have signed one friend up (free month)Thank you

Just had a induction with Lee at Energie Cardiff Bay, very friendly even took the time out to show me how to use numerous machines in the gym that I wasn’t sure about. Can’t wait to get started in this gym, all the staff are super friendly and my impressions of Lee is he’s a super manager with a lot of time for members.

The hidden gem (gym) in Cardiff Bay retail Park, easy to find and with free parking. The best gym I have joined without a doubt. Most other gyms you walk through the door into a black hole with lights. This gym is so different, as you walk through the door the first thing you notice is how light and airy it is, huge glass areas allow the light to come flooding in, allowing you to exercise yet see what's happening outside in the retail park. The huge range of cardio, weights bikes etc are all clean and well maintained as are the locker rooms, clean as a pin. Perhaps I've been lucky but most people I've met are polite and helpful. The trainers are all fully qualified and extremely helpful without being pushy oh and extremely attractive !! The music is incredible, prices are on a par and in some cases cheaper than other gyms. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Just go visit and see if you agree. Great place !!

Been a member of Energie Fitness Cardiff Bay for 5-6 months now as needed to shift lock down weight.

I rang the club speaking to Lee who booked me In right away for a club induction, made me & a friend feel at ease and has excellent customer service skills, had a lot of time for us answering all our questions spot on as we were both out of training for some time we were not sure were to begin.

All the staff at the club are very approachable and always pro active welcoming with a smile & always at hand if need any advice.
I’ve noticed ALL THE STAFF are very engaging the kits is well looked after, put away and opening hours suit me to the ground.

If I could give 10 stars i would as ALL the staff at the club are spectacular, there is a great atmosphere, manager here is clearly on top of his game & I’m really liking the my zone on the TV screens to see your progress of what percentage of your max heart rate you’re working at. It’s really cool.

I noticed some reviews below clearly written and created by fake accounts, never have I or any of my friends who are members at club experienced anything even close to as wrongly written below with the 1 star ratings.

Out of all the gyms I have been to this is the most welcoming and professional environment, the staff are extremely helpful and willing to show you how to use the equipment and give advice about workouts. Great value for money and great equipment!!!

I’ve been using energise gym Cardiff bay for 6 months and all the staff are friends. I noticed some reviews being one star this is clearly made up accounts as the gym is good should be ashamed of yourselves attacking on social media. Well done all staff at energise keep up outstanding work.

Been a member for 18 months or so having come from another gym in The Bay. For me It was about having a space to train both body & mindset in a light, vibrant clean gym with a mix of friendly people from all walks of life without any pretence.....This gym ticks all those boxes & some , so a big thumbs up!

As for the latest reviews which borderline malicious & personal aimed directly at the Staff I was shocked to hear about this & then see that someone had gone to such lengths to write it.

Staff are always polite, friendly & from a guy who's been a member of many gyms around the UK the last 30 years I would say excellent value for £17-£20 per month.

Life's to short to worry about such minor details of having to coff up a few months membership because you just ticked the "I Agree" to the T&Cs without reading the small print '-)
