Great staff but the place isn't kept clean.

Constantly stepping over dropped weights and searching for the right ones scattered about. Same goes for cable fixtures.

There isn't really room for classes and they take up a lot of space in the gym when they are on, but I believe they're adding more all the time if that's why you frequent the gym.

The membership price and convenience of parking is spot on but could do with some more of the staple equipment like a proper seated row.

Nice clean gym with a great atmosphere. However, it gets extremely congested to the point where workouts aren’t enjoyable at times. Equipment is great when you get a chance to use it. I would like to see a cable pulldown though.

Welcoming team. Equipment is in good condition and work. Social distance and codvid 19 safety is on high level fallowed.

My first day at Simply Gym cwmbran I told the guy at reception I was a new member I didn’t find him friendly he didn’t offer show me round or a induction to the gym I had ask where the toilets and changing rooms were and when I went to use the gym after i got changed I was walking round for first 5 minutes like a lost sheep. It was too busy so couldn’t use the equipment I wanted use.
One plus is the gym is very clean.

Gym itself is good. Quite a selection of equipment to use. Friendly staff. Only slight downfall is, Changing room is a tad on the small side though, can be quite tight for space if a lot of gents are trying to get changed.

Good facilties, friendly staff and a reasonable price. A major negative is the lack of ability to open on time over the weekend. Several mornings spent waiting 5, 10 and even half an hour for opening just to leave. This is a big negative for me and shows a lack of awareness and accountability from the top down.
