An amazing, quirky little cafe with extremely friendly staff and good prices. The gym has all the equipment you will need to reach your fitness goals along with fun, unique classes. Great family atmosphere with a very welcoming and motivating owner. Definitely worth the visit!

Clean, Quality, Great, private, friendly and inviting environment in the gym. A little hidden treasure! Staff are amazing!! Located practically in city centre and easy to get to. Loads of different membership options to suit your needs. Everything you need in a gym to smash your fitness goals with top quality equipment that actually works!!! Unlike other gyms! And has the most quirkesit coffee shop in Cardiff with amazing protein shakes and healthy breakfast! This gym has good facilities and a very nice atmosphere. The owner is lovely and very encouraging as a personal trainer. There is a variety of fun fitness classes throughout the week and the cafe has a great menu too!

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to take time out and say, what a great place this is. Cardiffs great kept secret. I love the classes. Wow! I've been for a few months now and I am seeing so much change in my body, not only do I feel great but I'm seeing the curves in all the right places. Salinas classes are amazing. She really knows how to push you without you even realising. Sure my bodies in pain after some classes, but I would go back again and again and again.
Boost, boost boost!!!! That's the place to be too. I've only been to a few due to my work commitments. But the dance is at a different level and the teachers are fab.
I usually finish up with their Berry blast protein shake but sometimes I'm in a rush so I just have the grenade bars which arn't the best in taste but it does me fine.
Credit to her and the guys who put this together, you can really feel the personal touch.

Lovely and friendly ladies gym with everything you could ask for! Amazing cafe within the gym catering for all your needs inclusive of a children's play area! Offering a tasty healthy breakfast aswell as speciality coffees and teas my personal favourites being the chai latte and the hazelnut latte! Not to mention the new selection of sweet treats cakes and cup cakes there's something for everyone. I always get the special 5 star treatment and this is off the owners who have done an amazing job and actually ask their customer what they want! 100% customer satisfaction! I am now a regular i wont go anywhere else! Wishing you all the success Agility! Keep going strong!

I am very disappointed to say that this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life.

After a simple miscommunication, how they dealt with the situation is an absolute disgrace. I was met with hostility, sarcasm and a defensive manner after making a request for a refund.

It was insinuated that i was causing some sort of security threat, It was made clear that I was no longer welcome at the gym even though I had paid for the month and am still a standing member. I was accused of calling her husband a liar which I did not. I was asked to come in to discuss my complaint, which I did to find them not there. I was spoken to as if I was a petchulant child and not a paying customer. Then finally offered an insincere apology and invited to go back in again on another day after this extremely upsetting, humiliation and insulting encounter. I had had quite enough from the first time around and hope never to have to be subjected to dealing with this company or anyone from it ever again.

Selina also told me that the cctv also has audio whist accusing me of calling her husband a liar which I did not, so just be aware your private work outs may not so private, certainly your conversations if this is in fact true. Highly alarming!

THE most unprofessional, unnecessary, uncalled for response. Utterly disgraceful.

I couldn't comment on the gym as I never actually manged to get to use it but with the non existent customer service I would leave a minus score if it was an option.
