What a excellent gym! Have come down from Reading to compete in a bodybuilding show and have never been into a gym which has all my favourite equipment!

Excellent gym spotlessly Clean separate ladies gym.. great sunbeds. Hairdresser and beautician both are amazing.. Friendly helpful staff.

Well equipped gym with a women's only weights room which really helps. Lockable lockers in the locker room. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy going here.

Competitively priced, good selection of equipment, early morning opening which is handy for pre work visit.

Loving this place so far. Open early hours, friendly staff, non judgemental. 😊
