I feel a bit disappointed having to edit my review as this was previously a 5-star review.

I bought a used car from Sturgess Abarth and the level of service and attentiveness was great - at the start. Unfortunately as soon as I drove off the forecourt it all went south.

First of all the garage forgot to send off for my new logbook. Which was only discovered as I was chasing DVLA who said they hadn't had an application for a logbook in my name. Upon speaking Sturgess it came to light that they had forgotten to send it. A simple admin error, maybe. But frustrating that I had to be the one to sort it.

There was also one very minor issue with the car that only came to light once I had gotten it home (I am not local to Leicester). The staff were extremely apologetic and promised they would resolve the issue straight away. Unfortunately it took weeks and weeks of me chasing, sending emails and making calls, until the issue finally got resolved - but it took over a month.

All the staff I had dealings with, both in person and over the phone, were extremely courteous and polite - I cannot fault them for that at all. However I do feel that they need to work on their aftercare, as it felt like I no longer mattered once they had taken my money.

I have just purchased a Fiat Abarth from Kiril at your dealership, I was very pleased with the high level of customer service provided by Kiril. He kept me informed of developments with videos throughout the week until the car was ready for collection. I would highly recommend your dealership to family and friends

Kiril was communicative and helpful from the moment I enquired to bug my car- sending me a video in advance and making himself available at short notice.

The car had been cleaned and inspected and the service on the day I purchased the car was efficient and informative.

I would certainly buy from Sturgess again.

I recently bought a used Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Sturgess. I initially spoke with a lady called Ellie in sales and was very impressed her professionalism, respect and personality. Ellie followed the deal through for me from the sale and part exchange to dealing with the exceptional Sturgess service team to get my new car ready for collection. Over the years i have bought many cars from many high end main dealerships but in my opinion Strugess of Leicester rank right at the top with the very best.
I would have no doubt in recommending people to buy a new or used car from these people. Thank You all at Sturgess

I have purchased 2 cars from here within 4 months of each other. A Fiat Rockstar and an Abarth Scorpioneoro. I chose this garage as their discounts were excellent on brand new vehicles and the trade in valuations also really good. I am from the Peterborough area but happy to travel to Leicester for a good deal. An easy process especially considering lockdown and I dealt with Callum both times. No doubt I will keep returning here whilst I still love the Fiat 500 range !

Excellent service all round . Had my 124 spider in for service and MOT. Collected from my place of work and returned all cleaned with a full bill of health for another year. Couldn't recommend them more. The advisor Helen? I think kept me updated all the way through.

Upon entering the showroom and being checked in by the Customer Service Advisor Miles everything ran as smoothly as a well oiled clock. Courtesy car was fine and the Service and MOT on my Jeep was perfect. My car was presented to me completely clean and sanitised with a new MOT and off I went, completely satisfied. Well done Sturgess Jeep. So pleased that Sturgess now look after my old Jaguar XKR Convertible, my wife's Freelander and my Jeep.

I bought a used Abarth 2 months ago from Sturgess Abarth.

I am disappointed to give a 3 star review as the level of service at the start was 5 stars. After delivery of the vehicle a shake/vibration appeared when driving on the motorway for the first time. Upon report to Sturgess abarth they said that the vehicle should be fine because they had done 100 point check/inspection beforehand. (Ignoring my concern). The car was found to have all wheels out of balance and 1 wheel with a minor buckle when inspected by a local wheel shop.

Also another minor issue upon delivery, I noticed a missing badge on the rear of the vehicle. Sturgess abarth said they would "sort this out". After 2 months chasing emails for a badge, a cost was given to me to buy the badge. Probably some misunderstanding here.

Like a previous review left 2 years ago by another customer, I can't also help but feel like i didn't matter once they had taken my money. Aftercare needs some work, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
