I think invitation only arrivals lounge ( you might be able to pay for visit). Most folks stop over to grab a bite, take a quick shower and change from an overnight flight. Had a wide selection of breakfast choices and plenty of seats.

Great to stay before departing. Not too much but enough to eat. So many beverages to drink including Champagne, wine, juices too. Shower room were great, spacious. First of all, they don't accept PP card user so, the place is so worm and peaceful.

I give it 4 stars as it is the best United Club we have been to. All the US clubs, even after refurbishment, are just OK. Never had a problem and since we fly out early we never see the crowds. Nice private toilets that are constantly being cleaned. The only bad part (and the only reason not a five star review) is this will now be converted into a Polaris Lounge, meaning have a United Club membership will NOT get you in. I haven't read if there will be any available alternate.

I went to Newark International Airport for a week stay in Pennsylvania. The out going flight was good ! Plane not full. On time and great service, even with one flight attendant down.
However coming home it was awful. Had to wait at gate for over an hour. Sitting on plane because of different delays. Letting add ons come on flight.
My tv wouldn’t work and because plane full I couldn’t change seats. Border control very slow at Heathrow. They even had a guy handing out free water!
Then to add insult to injury had to wait over 30 mins for a lift to car park. The food on the flight was bearable.

Had a great flight from LHR to SFO. The purser delivered impeccable service including a handwritten note which was fantastic. The Polaris seats are one of the most comfortable business class seats in the sky today with aisle access from the window. Food wasn’t amazing but it was good enough especially if you’ve filled up from the lounge or previous flights.

I had a really difficult experience flying with United. My flight from Heathrow >Austin was cancelled accidentally by their CS team and I had to spend 60 mins getting a new ticket the night before my departure!

On the return leg from LAX > Heathrow we got Economy Plus seats, but turns out these were the worst seats in the house: lights on at nights whilst attendants sorted their food trollies and we were right in the hotspot for the night-long congestion for the toilets (often getting trodden on). I wouldn’t waste your money! Another disappointing thing was noone seemed to have an idea about whether any of the food choices were vegetarian.

I would like to single out the CS agent Chacha for praise however . She reinstated my cancelled ticket from Heathrow > Austin. She was sympathetic, helpful and very kind in an hour of desperate need!

Aside from that our experience of United was pretty chaotic and uncomfortable. I’d find it hard to recommend…

Change of schedule without compensation to passangers or options similar to purchased ticket. Business class not comparable to that of other airlines. They do not offer solutions onnthe phone or contacted by the complaint form.
Better chose another airline.

HORRIBLE WORST AIRLINE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD WITH UNITED AIRLINES. I was on a flight from Columbus Ohio connecting via Chicago to London. Not only did I experience delay after delay - 3.5 hours delay, they have also had to rebook my tickets twice because of this. I’ve had to fly visa Newark to get back to London. And after a long and painful flight, having returned to London Heathrow, they have lost my two checked luggages! United Airlines baggage enquiry staff told me that one of my luggages was in London and made me wait for four hours looking at carousels from other flights, in the end, I went home with zero luggages. They said my luggages will be delivered the day after, but the contact number they have provided to track your lost luggage does not work, very hard to get ahold of United Airlines customer service. What an absolute nightmare of an experience I have had. Very poor service. I will never fly with United again.
