They still make you feel like you're their customer and not just cattle, which needs to be transported from A to B. My preferred airline in Europe.

The most old school onboard service. Very uncomfortable seats where it leaves you broken and unable to eat food. Horrible.

Disgraceful firm. Swiss Airlines lost my luggage twice and have ignored all requests for compensation even after having sent receipts. They also have very rude, abusive staff.

Prices keep changing. Good stability

I would like to say a HUGE heart-felt thank you - to Kelly & Steve - who work for Swiss Int. Air Lines, at London City Airport. I was so very appreciative for all their help when I travelled back from London City to Geneva, along with a very special & treasured family heir-loom, a framed portrait-painting... of Geraldine!
May I also take this opportunity in thanking the Pilot for welcoming Geraldine onboard and for giving her the finest of seat's on the flight!
Swiss Int. Air Lines provided a superb First Class Customer Service, and one that I personally, will never forget.
I have never been disappointed with Swiss, my favourite airline for travel within Europe.
Highly recommended.
