I called to enquire if my bags had been put onto the KLM flight leaving Heathrow. The call handler was reluctant to answer my very simple question. I said if they were unsure just say so and I would try again later. The call handler persisted in not answering the question before hanging up on me.
I find this kind of conduct to be quite juvenile and is not the way adults conduct themselves in business.

KLM was the best There was multiple TV shows you could watch songs you could listen to Movies to watch. Delicious Food especially the Brownies. Chairs were 100% Comfortable. The Attendants were Super nice!

Utterly appalling service. Tempted to join Twitter, just to berate them! NOT investing in people, but underpaid off-shore staff, who after over half an hour waiting, cut me off on a terrible line to who know’s where. For such a company, such utterly POOR service. Come on Holland - could do a lot better. I’m sure this isn’t even going to be looked at! One star, as this feedback doesn’t accept no or below zero stars!
