Been sitting on a plane scheduled to leave London at 18:15, it's 20:35 now and all we did was keep waiting to leave.

No one of the crew has the slightest idea of what happened or what to say regarding any alternative and/or solution. It was informed that those who wanted to leave the plane could, and that's it.

So far we were offered one glass of water each, no food and absolutely no piece of information that serves any purpose or helps anyone decide their lives.

*And to complete and help with statistics, Heathrow Airport website shows that the plane has landed in Warsaw. I might have slept.

** They gave us a chocolate bar.

Disgrace of an airline! Told airline I just had surgery a week prior and would need help. They offered really friendly service to begin with. When I got on plane cabin crew demanded a letter from surgeon after which they announced to the entire plane I was holding the flight up and that an ambulance was in the way to verify if I was able to fly.

Paramedics said there was nothing wrong with me and would be able to fly, then a member of ground staff of polish airlines entered the ambulance and put thier hands up my top and lifted up to see my breast while I was on a stretcher!

Then told I couldn’t fly until I go to hospital but could rebook. They then refused to rebook even though dr said I was absolutely fine and nothing wrong with me! Had to pay for extra taxis hotels and another flight!

There is no customer service number for complaints

We just have are first flight with LOT from London to Budapest. Very good experience. Also it was the first time we left from City airport. Water, tea, coffee and the Grezki chocolate bar were included in the price of the ticket. The two Hungarian stewardess were very friendly as well. Recommended. The only problem I experienced is with online check in. I clicked on the manager booking tab and than charge data and it kept ending writing an error. I wanted to give the travel documents details. I guess it happens because it did not have any data yet so you cannot change the "no data". You need to do that by clicking online check-in strait away.

I travel nearly every month with LOT always luggage does not arrive, today i traveled with my hand luggage and laptop backpack, and many people did the same i happen to buy a bottle of whiskey from the airport and put my jacket in the bag

Mr diven at Heathrow Airport refused threatening that i either check in my hand luggage or he will not let me fly with an angry manner, well the case that whenever they check my luggage in it always never arrives.

I told Mr diven that I'm traveling to a different country after my final destination and I cannot without my hand luggage but he refused to listen and refused all forms of communication

Waiting for last 4 hours continuously fon phone for a date change that I have to do for Covid. Same with their WhatsApp and Messenger service.

Worst possible airline in existence. Nearly missed flight due to wrong information and deliberate misdirection by certain staff member. Lost baggage and no update provided. When contacted absolutely useless customer service agent who does not want to help at all, always diverting responsibility to someone else. Will never fly with this airline even if i was paid to fly - will lose money and lose your belongings with no care to fix the issue. Still no path to fixing this issue

LOT Polish Airlines is the worst airline you can imagine. Firstly, it is impossible to get through to them. I can prove it. Secondly, although Warsaw Airport confirmed the unimpeded transit of the British passenger, LOT Polish Airlines still refused to board the plane. Obviously, the uncoordinated actions of the airport and the airline. They have a mess there. Flying with LOT Polish Airlines is like not respecting yourself. I do not advise anyone to use their service.

- If you cancel the flight LOT will aim to keep almost all your money, even the extra baggage and fuel taxes, which they should refund ideally
- Customer service is bizzare, takes hours to respond (visibly understaffed) and has an apathetic attitude
- Customer support team either lacks understanding of the LOT policies or has no intention to help. Seemed like I am talking to a bot
