Wow it’s amazing to see This cable car and more amazing to be in the cable car going across the Thames and coming back to the stop. Staff are amazing and tickets are pocket friendly. Experience is no doubt worth the money. Land in and check emirates engine and dummi aero plane ✈️ cabin.

Trying to contact Emirates Airline in London....IMPOSSIBLE. Phone lines NOT answered, emails NOT answered, e-tickets promised 7 days after full payment received, now 14 days later & NO e-tickets

Once you get past the long line, it’s actually a fun experience suspending several meters above the ground and taking in the dystopic beauty of East London. Tickets are surprisingly cheap. The view of the O2 arena from the top is also a nice treat. Edit: your Oyster card works here.

As long as you are happy to have your 1.5 hour lay over to 13 hours without negotiation or compensation ruining your travel plans then go ahead and use them 😉

Paid for premium seats by windows and with legroom from LHR to DXB. Both legs of the journey the seats were broken, TV didn't work and on one occasion floor was soaking wet and made my socks wet for the 8 hour flight
I raised a complaint two months ago and got no response. As yet no response. Terrible automated customer service. Don't pay for the seats the fleet is getting old and not maintained. No longer a premium airline.

Delayed every flight. Also the plane was full of hooligans who had no manners. One passenger was carrying a backpack the size of a medium person in the cabin.. That is a bit much when the flight is full. The food was alright but no paleo option. That should be standard these days. Then the plane disembarked on the tarmac in Dubai about 12 minutes from the terminal. It's 2022 come on Emirates. You are supposed to be one of the better carriers and in Dubai?

Unbelievable at night. An amazing experience. Found myself getting good annoyed with tools that gave a bad review. Its a unique experience.
How many cable cars do you know that go over The Thames?

who do we normally call a thief ? ..... your company did not refund us our Plane tickets money in full and since august 2021 we tried with email and many many calls, the last one today but no one replied or helped us with our issue. Today's call was made with an operator called "Mouhamed" who left me hanging on the phone for over 9 minutes waiting and the line had no sound and was dead but still connected to the customer service number, so I kept waiting until I hanged up. this is unprofessional and amator scam like behaviour and the whole experience is disappoiting and utterly disgusting...should you still refuse to help me after this review then I will find other means to get my voice heard and will complain to the appropriate authority!!!
