Shocking driver, gathering our money together and she slams on in the middle of a one way system and proceeds to shout at us saying she wants the money now, would never use them again due to the driver of RV12CVD.
I understand people can have a bad day and it was late at night but they way she drove and her attitude towards your customers was completely out of order.

Ordered taxi with half hour notice to pick up from Burscough Bridge. Waited once train arrived and phoned to check where taxi was to be told there were none available for 40 mind! Not happy and not first time this has happened. Should have had one ready with having half hours notice or told me at time of booking that none available! As a result I couldn’t get to an important appointment. I will not be using blue line again as they are unreliable!

I don’t even think this taxi company deserves 1 star! Taxi driver lied to us, said he was at the correct location when he wasn’t and proceeded to be extremely rude to me. I called the taxi company to cancel the taxi when I realised he wasn’t going to turn up and then they blacklisted me.

All drivers are very polite and helpful apart from 1 driver, he shouldn't be working with the general public his attitude is appalling and is extremely rude.

Had the worst experience ever with this company. They specifically said that they take card payments in their vehicles, so as we arrived home I asked the gentlemen if I could pay with card and in a very rude manner he denied me of paying card and said he doesn’t take card, even though on the phone they had said that their vehicles take card. Luckily one of my family members had some money in the house. The driver also absolutely stank of weed and the smell made for a very unpleasant ride. I don’t blame blue line at all but must say some of the drivers that they employ aren’t nice at all and are frankly very very rude. This is my reason for the 1 star.

Perfectly run app paying by card is a option if you tell office or rewrite it on app
In instructions . All taxis are supply and demand and you need to use them regularly to see just how their customer service is run

Used to be happy with this taxi company but today we've been waiting over half an hour for a taxi with no notification that the driver who was originally going to take our job dropped it. Extremely displeased.

Taxi was 10 minutes late, phoned office twice to be told only 2 mins away & when phoned for third time was told just left & its to be expected as it’s only approximate time of arrival when you book a taxi!! Taxi driver didn’t wear seatbelt, tried to charge me more than I pay usually & started engine up whilst I was retrieving my luggage from the boot #greatcustomerserviceNOT!
