I have had several massages with Iwona and every one has been amazing. Iwona is a very skilled and sensitive practitioner. She takes her time to make you feel comfortable, understand what you’re after and what she can help with. Iwona is the most knowledgable and in tune massage therapist that I have ever been to! She can help you to relax and / or treat specific areas of need. She is simply the best and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I had a great experience with Dr. Gavin Han. I went for fertility acupuncture after trying to conceive for 5 months. Dr. Han was kind and helpful and I trusted his care. I continued seeing her at Holistic health during my third trimester, I particularly struggled with water retention and natural pregnancy rapid weight gain in third trimester. Her massage helped me with this struggle and body transition. As soon as I was able to come back to Iwona in my postnatal phase I knew she will be able to help me to reconnect with my body and strength again. I’ve recommended her to all my friends, local NCT group and family already and will not hesitate to rebook again as soon as I have a spare second from my little boy.
