Caramel Restaurant & Lounge - London

Delicious brunch on Sunday in a stylish restaurant in Brompton Cross.

We had a range of dishes including Eggs Benedict Royale with Smoked Salmon, an Avocado chili eggs on sourdough, Lobster & grilled Mango Tacos, and a Chinois chicken salad.

Lovely friendly service and great recommendations for the different dishes and cocktails. Mine was the Passionate - Apple juice, passion fruit puree, honey syrup, lemon juice and my partner had the Queen of Spades (Snow Queen, Cointreau, Velvet Falernum, berry puree, lime)

Finally the desserts are worth going for anytime of the day as they were sublime - Upside Down Date Pudding, a caramelized sponge, butterscotch sauce with salted caramel ice cream. And a wonderful Caramelized Apple Tarte Tatin - braben apples, madagascan vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce poured by the waiter.

I'm stumped as what to say! Terribly helpful staff after being asked 5 times by various staff members if we had a booking! Each time said no, so we were passed to another person, who asked us again and this continued in the space of a few minutes? Very strange.
Lacking alcohol free drinks unless you wanted sugar loaded mocktails.
Food - over priced, which has meant that this place attracts a certain type of client - definitely not for locals, which is a great shame as this was the old location of the Brasserie, which is sorely missed.
Instead there is this over priced restaurant with little atmosphere, apart from what the music provides, occupied by heavily made up, botox faced "beauties" .
This is part of a group which I have heard great about, especially in Dubai and Oman, but here???

Food was ok, service was a bit slow, interior was really nice and staff were friendly until we told them we are not paying service 😬 halal food served

I was in London for the day and wanted to treat my family to a nice brunch. Caramel did not disappoint. The food was delicious, I had the lobster eggs Benedict and it was cooked to perfection. My daughter had the blueberry pancakes which were fluffy and tasted really fresh with the compote.
The service was friendly, refined and elegant but without being over the top which suited us perfectly.
Next time I'm in London I will definitely visit again.

Everything about this place was really nice. The restaurant itself is so beautiful and nice. The staff were also very welcoming and provided excellent service in a very genuine manner so made us feel comfortable being there. Everything we ordered was also very nice and tasty. I have no complaints of my experience and I would come back again. It is one of the more high end places that I actually feel is justifiable in price.

Came here for After work drinks and was blown away by the decor! Spectacullar and Elegant.

Excellent food, as you’d expect from this type of restaurant. Everything about this place is quality, very trendy and food melts in your mouth.

Seared Chilean Sea Bass was The best Sea Bass we ever had.
Chicken Lollipops with Blue Cheese Sauce and the Caramel and Popcorn Cheesecake are to die for.

Great service and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Great place especially for lunch. If you can sit outside it's even better!
