I was seated fairly quickly by a nice blonde lady. Service was quick and food delicious. I can see others had bad experiencies, maybe I came at right time or maybe not but I was overall happy. The waitress who served my table, Victoria, was friendly and chatty even with the couple at the next table. Soya milk available. Well done!

Located flight side, this restaurant has a nice decor. Self seating, but with very fast service, staff friendly and polite, menu is modest. Prices as expected are slightly higher than normal. Drinks and food arrived quickly, was tasty. Ideal if you are in a rush for your flight. Wheelchair access here too.

My server was a sweetheart and very patient with my half-asleep self. The porridge was rather good, too - a quite generous portion, and not too sweet. £3.00 for a regular coffee is a touch silly, but eh, I'm nitpicking.

Staff is very polite and friendly but the steak was by far the worst I've ever had. How on earth can you make a steak taste that bad?

Service is excellent. But the food is pretty dire. It's a comfy place to waste time in airport but all their 'American' dishes are just rich and salty. I had the poorest excuse for Mac and cheese, ordered it with brisket. It was served in near seconds. But also it was cold. The meat was too fatty. And the recipe was highly questionable. I had to send it back which I never do.
Drinks and food arrived quickly, was tasty.
Ideal if you are in a rush for your flight.
