Went three times already to find out/fix what is causing my dog’s allergy issue. Bought everything and did everything they recommended, SPENDING OVER 1000£, and the problem is still not fixed. They had to extract blood sample to send to some lab for allergy test and they had to shave off two parts of my dog’s fur so they could find where to put the injection. The result came out negative allergies and simply left me off with getting injection (cytopoint) which we tried already and does not work… speechless.

I took my cat Ringo to get checked his ear because he had been in a fight last night. I was originally served by two kids who were clearly inexperienced, and then an actual vet came and took Ringo to “examine” him. The assessment was that he “likely” had a swollen ear, but since Ringo was feisty (well, he was in pain, duh), he couldn’t see into his ear properly. Absolutely pathetic response for a purported professional who should know how to handle a bloody cat. We asked them to sedate him to examine him properly, but the vet said they couldn’t do it as they had not enough staff, and nobody could be able to examine him, even if sedated. I didn’t know how to respond to that. I ended up returning home with some overpriced meds, but if they do not work, I’m bound to go back to get Ringo sedated!!! So back to square one, only that I have to pay twice. Please never come to this place; if you care about your pet take them somewhere else.

Highly recommend
If you have ferrets or exotics this is the only place you should go!
Nice roomy vets with friendly helpful receptionist the vet nurses i have seen have been lovely.
And both the vets i see for my ferrets was great, first time meeting Nadene yesterday and i left my little ferret there for an op feeling more relaxed than i ever had in past.
Extremely knowledgeable and lovely to talk to.
Cannot imagine anyone not being anything but pleased going here.

It's an affordable all pets hospital which is good but I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars, as we booked an appointment for our kitten's second vaccine before we left, then after, they said they have no appointments on their system with us over the phone.

This caused a delay on the second vaccine for our kitten as we didn't get a reminder text either due to them not booking the appointment despite us booking it. Kind of disappointing 😞

Nothing but the best care for both of my cats over the last 8 years. One of them recently had some health issues over Xmas and new years and had to undergo emergency surgery on new years day and Chloe and the team looked after him incredibly well.
Thanks guys!! Couldn’t ask for a better vet 🙏

The folks here have always been so lovely and kind to me and my sons. The vets always fawn over my rats, even when they stress poop everywhere. They also listen to my questions (even the dumb ones) and give informed and honest answers. Plus the reception staff are so friendly and helpful.

I would especially like to thank Alyssa and Gemmay (I really hope I spelt your names right) for going above and beyond to help me when I showed up unannounced and asked for a last minute prescription. I also want to thank all the exotics vets for their love and devotion to my boys.

Great, affordable vet care from the experts! So glad we found them.
The Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital is run by the Royal Veterinary College, with (I understand) charitable status and so is run for education and clinical excellence, rather than profit.
As such you can be sure that:
1. Your pet will be checked at least twice, once by a student and second by a fully-qualified, veterinary clinician,
2. Receive the latest up-to-date care, and best practice
3. You will pay a fair price for treatment and any medicines
4. Get the very best service and treatment from all staff!
