Wonderful horse sanctuary! Lovely welcome and explanation of how to get around. There's a proper path past all of the fields which makes it easy for strollers or wheelchairs. Plenty of chance to get up close to the horses and donkeys....they all look so happy and healthy! Lovely little gift shop and cafe to have a sit down afterwards with a coffee and cake! We'll definitely be back!

Our young daughter loves going to see the ‘neigh neighs and eeyores’ at redwings. It’s an easy little walk up and down the farm for her, and she gets to wave at the horses and has a little treat in the cafe afterwards. A great place to visit for an hour, especially if your kids love horses and donkeys.

We had such a lovely morning here with your beautiful friendly horses and donkeys. It was so nice to see them all loving life in their new home. You do such amazing work. Redwing is a beautiful clean happy and caring place. Staff were fab too.

Lovely trip to see the horses and donkeys. We had flat white coffees in the cafe and they had oat milk which was much appreciated. Toilet facilities were decent, staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that the paths weren’t muddy going round the site.

Brilliant day visiting. Redwings was exactly what I was expecting a calm and pleasant place full of horses, ponies a d donkeys living their best lives in open spaces. My favourite was getting snuggles with Snuffles!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The day was rounded off nicely by discovering they had Gluten Free Victoria Sponge cake!

If you want to get up close we with horses and find out how you can help such a great charity, I throughly recommend paying them a visit.

Wonderful sanctuary for horses of all sizes. Plenty of paddocks, with info on the resident horses, and how they came to be at Redwings. Some stories so sad, but a marvellous place for them to come to. Nice gift shop, free parking, free entry, they ask for a donation, which goes towards the upkeep of the horses. Spotlessly clean toilets, and huge re-homing centre at bottom of centre, all new, with stables, and many horses to say hello to. Friendly staff, and will definitely return again.

Set in beautiful Oxfordshire, this horse sanctuary was a welcome find. Vast area of grazing for the horses and donkeys. well maintained, friendly staff who clearly care for their four legged friends.beautiful untouched scenery.good wheelchair/pram access to all areas. Great place to take the kids in the summer holidays, it's free, has a small cafe and toilet facilities. We booked, but with lockdown measures ceasing you may be able to just turn up. Well worth a visit, nice to know that our four legged friends have somewhere like here to go when they are not wanted elsewhere and are able to live out the rest of there remaining life in peace and tranquility.

Such a wonderful place! You are warmly welcomed on arrival and thanked on your departure. I visited with my Dad who was using his Mobility Scooter during the visit, and aside from a little bit of mud, the venue was great for those visiting on wheels, rather than on foot. Every member of the Redwings team who we encountered were friendly and happy to chat about the horses. The horses were clearly happy and relaxed in their home setting, despite the funny creature that glided past them on wheels (my Dad got a lot of interest from the horses as they've been living a less social life through the Pandemic - haven't we all, ay?!). My favourite pony was Cowslip, as featured in the photos. We had a good long chat together. Gosh, the stories she told me!! Anyway, Redwings is a very worthwhile cause, and if you can't visit any of their sites you may still wish to follow them on social media and/or adopt one of their ponies/horses/donkeys.
