Appointment schedule good, staff friendly, vet very efficient. Costs a bit less for pensioners

Great place except for one of the female staff who made me feel like a criminal because I was caring for a cat that has adopted me and had her kittens in my bedroom. She told me I should have stopped her from coming in and she would have gone back to her owner. She was not chipped and spent all her time in the garden or coming into me so if I had stopped her she could had her kittens outside and probably lost them to foxes or the weather!
Everyone else there though are great

Absolutely amazing people work here. Couldn't ask for a better service. I sadly lost my beautiful boxer girl and the staff were truly amazing. I even got a hand written sympathy card sent to me via royal mail. Thank you so much for all your help and support.

Just been to register and get some advice for Kobi and the lady on reception and the vet were both so lovely, helpful and friendly! How luckily we are to have them close by!

Very good service, lovely people after 14yrs and seven months together I had to put my boy to sleep which broke my heart 💔yet they never made me feel bad instead they all were very kind to me which helped me a lot. Thank you all. Also thank you for the card, with paw print and hair clippings it really meant a lot X

The vets have been absolutely brilliant helping me when I've had problems with my health and let my prescription be picked up. Hudson is doing much better and hope you enjoyed the chocolates.

Lovely staff who are there to really care for the animals & are not driven by money. They do all what they can to help, you may have to wait but it's worth it if you're on a low income.
