Very pleased with the helpful sales agent, who recommended the Siemens product, when initially I had intended to look at a Bosch. He was also very helpful at arranging delivery to suit me.

Very good by the way the sales man showed us all the fridges on show and we got a good deal.

Very knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful rather than just trying to flog stuff. This place is deceptively huge, tons of stock I’ve not seen elsewhere.

Having major problems with Domestic and General and now this company regarding communication. Sent an engineer out yesterday to our non working fridge turns out he was not qualified for gas in the fridge only electrics… had no idea what the actual fault was 😱 muppets! got call today from Ellisons at 11th hour stating engineer booked for 24th with no time given and can’t ring them back (obviously they think other people don’t work and stay at home all day) I call it poor communication and bad practice

Used this store for the first time after looking in other stores, the shop assistant was helpful in showing me their range of freezers and finding one that fitted my requirements. The delivery guys were friendly and careful. Yeah I’d use this store again.
