Sparkworld Martock, Somerset. Great service and advice in the well laid out store. Washing machine delivered to day onto with very friendly lads. Old machine taken away. New machine connected and tested before my eyes. All well. I am repeat Sparkworld customer. Great shop display. Great advice. Delivery and connection - faultless.

Went today looking for 4 large electrical appliances for my kitchen. Found a very limted selection on integrated products and was told to look on the website even though I had driven 15 miles on a recommendation of what a good store it was. Found the salesman rather patronising unfortunately too. Went home and ordered from AO with delivery on Saturday. Very disappointed

No pressure unbiased salesman, who gave great advice and steered us to the right product for our home. Size and energy consumption being the need. Great service. Thank you Martock Sparkworld.

What great people, went in today because our fridge freezer packed up full of food. Got there 4.45pm to late to get anything delivered so we purchased a new for one but to tied us over utill tomorrow they lent us a freezer that would fit in the car. What great service

As always top notch service with staff being extremely knowledgeable about their stock. Great advice always given. Bought a Blomberg Tumble Dryer, not cheap but the best one for our family with A+++ rating on electricity consumption, picked up and taken with us, and we were able to drop our old one off for disposal too. Decided to take new machine with as the earliest delivery date on offer would have been over a week away. Once again, great service from a great team as always. Thank you.

Our fridge freezer died on Monday evening. Went to Sparkworld on Tuesday morning to buy a new one. A very knowledgeable assistant helped us find another within our budget. They rang yesterday morning, as promised, with delivery time slot, and delivered yesterday afternoon. Everywhere else would only deliver after Christmas. Such excellent service.
