Lovely little art centre in a converted church building, one of those ones with fancy gargoyles at the top if you look closely. The entrance is accessible though at the top of a slightly steep incline and there is an accessible bathroom.

Cafe/bar with events nights in the evening (board game night, quiz night etc.) various classes in the day (including art, dance, creative writing) a performance area.

The cafe/bar is calm, churchy, quiet and casual and has a mismatched and eclectic sort of of feel with old leather sofas and antique furniture mixed in with newer things. Board games and books available. Strangely and cutely, a microwave in an old fashioned TV cabinet for use (I love it) Staff member was very friendly. Good place to settle down with a book quietly.

Wales goes Pop 2019 , a great live venue, with a good selection of Welsh craft ales . Superb The Nightingales & as always the legendary Mr Vic Godard on excellent form ..

Converted church for live bands and art events. Amazing atmosphere, low key compared to other venues, however unexpectedly enjoyable.

Saw Graham Gouldman in concert. Small intimate venue in a converted church. Friendly staff made the experience all the better. Nice bar and appears to be other performance/exhibition areas available.
The downside is parking. The venue is just off City Road a very busy area and nearly all side roads are resident permit parking with narrow roads meaning two cars can barely pass. Plan your visit if you drive and expect to search for a parking space.
Don't be put off by this lack of parking as the venue is worth a visit.
