Am a buyer; easy bidding process and then a quick, friendly and helpful service when picking up. As London auctions go, there are some good things at lower prices. Apparently if you know what you want to look at you can pop in during the week to have a look (which I didn't realize). Thanks!

We used Criterion Auctioneers for the deaccession of a corporate collection. They were very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly! I would not hesitate to use them again from the buyer or seller side.

sadly had very poor experience. Bid on cabinet, mine was the first bid of £80 . The item went for £80 but it appears someone put another bid of £80 just moments after mine at the end of the auction. My bid should have won according to the rules BUT no response after going into the auction house,emailing and telephoning. Seems the system has flaws and no one is willing to help...BEWARE!!!
My bid was made BEFORE the auto bid and I sent proof of this to Criterion

Great place full of treasures always inspiring. Super staff. A bit disorganised, very complicated, lack of logic. Dusty, smelly, labyrinthic but I love getting lost in there.
