Selling faulty cars, waitiing for unexpected buyers to buy, Surecheck is not worth the paper its written on, poor customer service, it’s not like before they need to learn how to treat there customers.

Was told to deliver a car for entry to auction, only to be told on arrival that needed an vendors account despite having been told by phone that my account was o.k

Badly described cars, bought many cars online because of distance, every time disappointing experience, smoking odours, animal odours, these surecheck reports are just a fob off, they will come up with some excuse to decline time never starts from the day car is delivered if you buy on Thursday, get invoice on Friday, by the time payment is cleared day is over, technically if u get car on Wednesday, u call them or report they won’t listen anything, i don’t understand why can’t they smell extreme level odours, if you have dispute over anything they won’t talk , or try and resolve the problem fairly, first thing , disable your account, if issue is sorted after going through hell, then you get invoice by the time delivery is arranged they will start charging you for the time of dispute as storage? They don’t care about their loyal customers if they’ve been buying for years, no respect whatsoever, arrogance and racism is at its best. Just disappointment, we hate to give these kind of feedbacks but truth is truth. We pay alot of money for online purchases, high indemnity, higher prices than other auction houses but we expect respect, honesty and some sort of customer service. I am sorry for the feedback, i hope it will help people understand particularly Colchester and leeds branches.

Won a bid on a BMW4 Series today. Done the checks and found out there was a mileage discrepancy on the car. I phoned and said I wouldn't be purchasing the car And they have just closed my account for not completing the purchase. Absoulte con artists.

Corona execuses,so everything is so slow,even with timeslots it is a joke to collect a car.God forbid its winter time and you have to wait,you will get ill because of the cold ,trying to use Covid as an excuse so everybody must suffer....The review is not for Colchester,but for the whole Management of Manheim,IT IS A JOKE,making you wait for a car already 'booked' and paid.....how many days you must book in advance so,when you go to collect THE CAR IS WAITING FOR YOU,NOT THE PERSON WAITING FOR THAT PIECE OF METAL?!?!?!

If I had to make it short, I would say this place has ‘Racist staff’
