BCA Derby

Not up to BCA's usual high standards facility wise and very limited choice of cars, therefore anything decent enters the ring it makes bundles.... staff are friendly and helpful..... of course this is just my opinion and it's all subjective, anybody wishing to visit should not be put off by my comments as I'm sure there's many think it's the dogs, doubtful but they might !!

There's not much I can really say as I was only there briefly but the burger I had with sausage and bacon in it was fantastic and made my morning.
it was also good to see at this branch kitchen was aware of cross contamination with food and also had a poster up this is important to me because I suffer from eggs and peanut allergy BCA Bedford take note of this

Smaller than the one I'm used to, but still worthwhile. A friendlier atmosphere too. Toilets were clean and fresh. Only one sale hall, but fast and efficient. There's a woman on the rostrum and she was very clear and easy to understand, the old boy was more like a tv auctioneer with a tendency to play with his words and gable. Parking is well organised and free, the folks in the yard were on the ball too. I'd go again should I feel the need. I didn't sample the cafe, but the stuff looked good that came out of there.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Arrogant office staff who kept me waiting needlessly for over an hour when the car had already been paid for, only needed to pick keys up. I have dealt with several auction houses and these cowboys are by far the worst. Oh and don’t try to complain they ignore you then ban you!

Arrogant European female staff at the counter. She rather be elsewhere by the looks of it! Bca derby selling scrap cars without declaring faults!

The worst of many bca branches I have done business with, avoid like the plague bca nottingham would be a better shout and a site that's managed professionally. With the managers actually doing their job adequately. BCA DERBY is definitely one to avoid

Do not trust the inventory manager she is a very curupt lady does not declare everything she works along side dealers too put dodgy cars in ••trade centre uk•• be careful other branches are fine it’s just her that lets everybody down very very curupt lady baware
