I just called both Bristol and Gloucestershire branches and the women they employ need to work on their people skills or find another job. I wanted to know about their next auction and just felt I was interrupting them and causing them inconvenience. Sorry to have bothered you. I will be going on the auctioneers in Merthyr Tydfil instead. Their phone manner left Manheims looking even worse, if that is remotely possible. Shocking!

Dont know about other branches in UK.
Staff at BRISTOL BRANCH are truly unprofessional, misleading and malpractice is a routine. Recently bought a runner car online as due to COVID auctions are not open for public.
When i got to collect car, the presented a collection form with *NON RUNNER* written on top.
There car check system and grading is a joke. Just trying to sell all scrap online due to the fact that no one can actually see the car in person.
AVOID BRISTOL MANHEIM! VERY DODGY.
