I collect a lot of cars from bca sites and this one was super helpful especially ( nick clue and sue makay ) they both helped me when I mislaid my keys to my trailer meaning I could not get the trailer off to put another car on my truck .
They both helped me remove the tow bar insert and got the car on the truck and they both helped refit the insert back on the van with out there help I would have been driving back to West Wales with only one vehicle so a big thanks to you both for your assistance.
Just so you both can have a laugh the key was in the truck but not where I normally leave it

I purchased a car from BCA. I spent £20,000 with full faith in a BCA online appraisal. It had a blocked DPF EML and bent suspension part which required a new leg hub suspension complete. BCA are truly scammers. They investigated my claim and rejected it as it was not within their parameters however the independent assessor confirmed this was the case and I’ve had previous experience with BCA with the same issue and they paid for the parts and labour . I’ve escalated this to the escalation manager Chris Baxendale who was rude and said he didn’t want to help me and cut the phone off on me. I’ve then escalated it higher to a director of BCA who said they will investigate however once I supplied them with costs of parts and labour they have stopped replying to me. I honestly feel as if I have been scammed. Save yourself the headache and don’t put faith in a BCA report and just buy a car privately and have it independently inspected.

Absolutely great service, the moment they let you In through the gate, to the click & collect reception , key office and finally out of the site, friendly staff all around, never had a trouble.
