If your buying from Aston Barclays i would refrain from buying ANY “ NN “ Or AA Lite Vehicles - i cannot believe the problems that come with the cars as well as no buyer help from Aston Barclays & the management are awful! If you buy a lite aa report your guaranteed nothing!! You can spend thousands with clocked cars, damaged hut unreported and badly painted, holes in sills, different engines you name it this is what you WILL get!
Havent brought a full report car yet because i dont trust them. Im Moving to another auction site.

Be aware Be aware. They do fake Biding. Many cars coming again and again even they r sold on high Bid. But actually they r fake Bid. As soon as you Bid they give it to u. They making car expensive with fake Bids. Plus their AA Reports are not accurate they miss alot of things.

Purchased a car with AA CHECK clear, travelled 5 hours to the auction with a Christmas tree illuminated in the dash board. Manager James sed we are not responsible. We pay for a service.

Prices are no more fair better buy from dealer to have guaranteed service.

Staff really uncooperative

Say will get back to you when you have a issue but dont "Sally" I am still waiting for your call back with a solution- enough is enough- I will be escalating this to your manager

Useless for none traders.They hold back valuable information only available if you attend however just recently started on crew vans ,Leeds is too far away so I'm improving the star rating but need to work on increased volumes

Good auction house decent customer service

Terrible experience. We bought a car and paid fee for them. Car had issue so we gave it to them to sell it. We got charged for selling. They are taking money from seller and buyer. On top of this customer Service is rubbish. We had to call several times to get update. Our money wasn't paid until more than a week later as they lost our account details but was waiting for us to call
You can find cheaper cars elsewhere. This is just a scam!! Beware
