THERE IS NO RULE FOR THEM AND CAN PLAY WITH ANYONE AND CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. I HAD USED THEM AND THEY ARE WORSE. IF THE CAR IS FILTHY FROM INSIDE NO PICS WILL BE DISPLAYED AND IF THE BODYWORK IS WORSE NO PHOTOS . AND IF THE CAR HAS MOULD WHICH IS AGANIST HEALTH AND SAFETY THEY WONT DISCLOSE IT .

How can you state on your website that your following government guide lines to be open to the public yet there are no guidelines anymore and haven’t been for ages so how can you state this, there is no reason that I can see as to why your not open to the public and we’re not allowed to bid online for some reason, seem like a bit of joke to me

Not happy how they staff are there. Been few times now waiting round. Always something wrong with cars then described. Only Bca that’s good is Peterborough rest make some different rules each time you go.

THE WORST BCA BRANCH EVER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. SOLD ME A CAR WITH WARRANTIED MILEAGE AND THEN DO NOT CARE IF IT HAS BEEN CLOCKED. PICTURES HERE FOR PROOF THEY HAVE POWER TO DELETE ALL MILEAGE DISCREPANCY OUT OF HISTORY. IF THIS IS NOT A SCAM THEN WHAT DO YOU CALL IT.

I understand there are risks when it comes to buying cars online from auctions but the least they can is provide customers with some honesty and declare really obvious faults. Selling near enough none runners through normal sales.
And dont get me started on body grading, have bought grade 2 cars with bodywork worse than grade 5 cars.
Nottingham is as bad as the rest of the sites. They wash their hands from any responsibility. Have been buying from BCA for many years but will be looking at alternatives. This is happened too many times now.

Bought a vehicle as a runner on the day on collection its gearbox was broken.
They wouldnt take into consideration and not willing to solve issue or give a refund.
Worst branch to deal with. Its a scam on a big scale! Be aware when buying from this site.
