Copart Rochford

I just came back from the rochford branch and I am very disappointed. I bought a car for 5,300 £ (without fis) I paid in cash on the spot. after waiting in the parking lot for almost 90 minutes, the car I got had nothing to do with what in the pictures. it was damaged - offer from the office I got was a £ 600 discount for repairing an item that is not replaced (you would have to paint and weld), of course I did not agree. I do not understand why if I paid in cash, I could not get my money back, I just have to wait for them to appear in my account. I lost all day, time and money. I do not recommend!

Poor customer service, after waiting in the line for over 40mins, the staff member completely ignored me and served a driver who arrived after me. Despite having explained I had been waiting, he continued to ignore me and continued dealing with the driver, take payment and process a bunch of cars.
Customer Service Training highly recommended.

I had split opinion about Copart from previous dealings with people from different branches. Today I spoke to I believe his name was Gary, from Rochford branch, whose competence was exceptional as he alone resolved all queries and arrangements saving me hours of time. One person literarily changed my opinion about the company.

Was ok better then most, brought the car out quick, staff were nice and friendly.

I won a bid online for a vehicle which was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago. Copart states we aim to deliver within 5 business days.
After calling daily advisors come up with excuses saying the car was given to a driver who does not deliver in my postcode, driver said he could not take the vehicle because it could not be loaded, 2 driver did not find my adress, called again other excuses. I will call back...no one called, I called again advisor assured me it will be delivered last Friday..It never came being weird because previous vehicles purchased from them arrived at the same adress.
ALSO, PLEASE BE AWARE THE VEHICLES ARE FALSLEY ADVERTISED. THE ONE I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE DID NOT STATE IT'S NOT DRIVEABLE. ADVISOR TOLD ME ON THE PHONE. PREVIOUS CAR PURCHASED FROM THE HAD HEAD GASKET ISSUES. AUTHORITIES DONT REALLY SEEM TO CARE. I WILL END UP SUING THEM. 👍

Bunch of crooks bought car not as described now saying its my fault won't return money as now have changed description

Thank you copart the +300£ damaged !!!!When he brought out the forklift he was damaged the front bumber and missing the plastic cover!!!! everyone careful when pick up the car , here not a safe place !!!! They do not respect the property of the other!!!
