I bought a car after an accident, the previous repair was done very badly, I saw it only after payment. BCA assured does not cover this. I'm disappointed.

Pay close attention with this people they don't give a .... car was sold with warented miles and we find out that the car had big milage problems not just one's but 4 times in her life time car came from Glyn Hopkins renaul nissan main dealer we have called them several times and there response was if the car dose not have a ecu that can record the milage fraud then my claim rejected can you belive that

I bought a car 23/05/2022, paid same day
Today 26/05/2022- I booked for collection
Invoice said 3 days to pay and 3 days to collect
Today I received an email for late
Payment/collection charge of £12.
I spoken to them, they said I paid straight after
Winning- so I need to pay to release the car.
Collection driver on the way.
Even the lady acknowledged- this is unfair.
I think - too much greedy for money.
They charged more than every auction.

Claire Foster is a credit to this BCA branch. Very pleased with her professional approach and excellent customer service today. 👏

Just a shame about the guys who work at the collection point they let the branch down with there unprofessional attitude 😒

staff at collection point is horrible, they got no sense how to talk, very rude and disrespectful , act as thugs .bca need to train them and teach them how to talk with customers .what a shame

Sort out your collection 1 and half hours waiting in the freezing cold . Why not like all the other bca branches have the cars that you know are going to be collected that day ready, cause we have to book a slot with you lined up ready to go , simple . As well why not give the poor woman in the cabin a card machine to take payments for your made up storage charges , simple things which would make your CUSTOMER have less hassle which would make your staff get less grief from said CUSTOMER. The management of this site need to take a look at the other sites and see how to do it properly . Give measham a ring im sure they would help u, 10 mins for collection not 1 half hours
