A shocking establishment. As a trade purchaser of many years, they treat all customers like dirt. There is no goodwill, nor are they willing to try and help. I have purchased a vehicle with known faults (water ingress and mould to the interior), BCA quoted for delivery which I paid for. They now want to charge an additional £150 for specialist cleaning because the car is mouldy... Which they knew when they quoted for delivery. Sadly this is the worst branch I have ever had to deal with. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to start the delivery process, at which point they then said they could not deliver the vehicle without additional payment up front. The manager is not willing to engage with me. Sadly BCA as a company have a de-facto monopoly, and so any disgruntled customers are easily replaced. Think carefully before buying from BCA, their appraisals are often incorrect, and they are happy to bend the rules to suit themselves, often at the cost of us, the hardworking customers who have sadly made them who they are today.

Need customer toilets - staff can be a bit more energetic and helpful 👍🏾

Found battery deep cycle discharged

I have reached a nearby fuel station, fueled up, and switched off the ignition.

As soon as I paid for the fuel and wanted to turn on the engine, it won't start! How sick is that?

I went to collect a car for a family member. As this was my first time at this site, I stood the car park trying to figure out where I needed to go when a man called me over from a booth, he asked me for the reference number, told me to wait and after about 5 minutes came back with the car! Fast, efficient and painless service.
