Brought the car in for some outstanding recalls. They kept it for 3 days (without not even offering a courtesy car). Once I got the car, after driving for literally 20 miles it started to have an engine problem, which I didn't experience before bringing the car to Partridge BMW.
I phoned Partridge and they of course said it wasn't due to the work they did, but it was something else (meaning I had to pay to fix it)... they offered to look into it, although only three days after my call (and again without offering a courtesy car).
That's not proper and fair customer service, and makes me want to switch BMW with some other more serious manufacturers (like Mercedes for example).

Front bumper respray done to high standard. However the experience has been ruined by the look of the rest of my car. It now has bad swirl marks all over and in direct sunlight looks awful.

I feel you should really be offering a far better wash of the cars. I understand some swirling can happen on any car especially if black but there are methods ro reduce this and these clearly aren't being used. Interior had what looks like smear or water marks from a dirty cloth over the inside of the windscreen, the instrument cluster and the navigation screen. Had to wipe and clean them all properly myself.

In conclusion, very happy with the respray, but feel completely let down by the way my car now looks after it was washed. Will now have to spend over £300 on a detailer to get it looking normal again.

One star is far too much, if you’re happy to wait 51 weeks for your car to be repaired then partridges are the bodyshop for you. They will also add extra damage that wasn’t initially there and are happy to get caught speeding in your car whilst it in their care.

Can't say the building was glorious but they certainly did a cracking job of the repair. Picked up and delivered the car. All work completed and you can't tell - the way it should be 👍🏻

Really excellent service from Andy Bell and his repair team at Partridge BMW body shop at Bar End. From first contact, after a silly accident, to delivery back of my vehicle, far sooner than I had anticipated, Andy, manager of the body shop, reacted speedily and with great courtesy and personal interest. Car looked a treat on pick-up and ….it was a Jaguar not a BMW or Mini!! Many thanks to all. Thanks

Utter disgrace. Took my car in for repairs after someone reversed into it a month after I bought it from dealership. I picked it up from them and when I got home I looked at the entire car and it looked like someone had cleaned it using gravel! Chips out of the corner window which are very obvious as it’s black, scratches on the roof and over the bodywork together with some of the detailing being taken off. I purchased it in pristine condition from a main dealer who made sure it was perfect before I took it (3 of us looked at every inch of it). Andy Bell suggested the scratches were already on my car! Nothing like insulting a customer after you have damaged their car! It had been off my drive twice since purchase, once on the day that someone reversed into me. This ‘repair shop’ (and I use that term loosely) don’t deserve to be in business. Difficult to get through on the phone or you finally get through and they can’t help you unless it’s to take your money (they aren’t cheap!) When I collected the car the receptionist walked off and hung around in the car park for ten minutes chatting. Andy Bell said he would look at the car, he never showed up or called to rearrange. If I could give them zero stars I would. They shouldn’t be in business! Avoid!!!
