The other two phone numbers are direct to Servicing but you either find the lines are busy so either have to phone again (and again) or if finding one line non-busy, kept hanging on and on till either someone answers (but hardly evers due to my own experience on many an occasion) or the phone cuts off.
There is no voice mail service to the Servicing direct numbers to leave a message, you just have to keep trying. I tend to spend an average of 15 - 25 minutes trying to get contact with Servicing.
The issue with the service is that Peugeot inform on being asked (when getting through) there are issues, either with the phone line(s) or people are off ill or leave. Can accept this in some aspect....... but for MONTHS on end!!!!!
When requiring a Peugeot driver pick up (once your vehicle is booked in and left) to be taken home or collected to pick up your vehicle has to be booked well in advanced. No time is given for the pick up, you have to wait till the driver arrives. On one occasion a driver was booked over the phone but the booking wasn't booked in by Peugeot.
Also had issues with messages left with a call handler for servicing to phone back but on more than one occasion didn't . Had to chase up Peugeot the following day.
I work and have family. I'm finding I'm taking time out and away from my own work, to chase up getting an answer let alone and more importantly a service. Having to either catch up or work overtime, therefore getting home later than usual due to this situation is not just frustrating but stressful and certainly not at fault to us.
We don't make excuses that drag on for months Peugeot or cost you time and or money. You are aware you have issues with your Servicing contact, this should not reflect on your customers.
You respond to good reviews and it would be appreciated that you would respond to this very low poor review to at least show you value customer complaints apart from customer praise.
Please sort out your Servicing as I'm very close to taking our business elsewhere.
The mechanics only follow a list of things to check on a computer screen and follow suit.
Leaving you to pick up the hefty Labour bill when they finally find the problem.. if they do at all.
Your vehicle could go in for a simple sensor replacement and cost you over two grand and take over two weeks.
It’s fine if your vehicles in warranty but if not be aware.
Don’t even get me started on the parts department, full of young kids who aren’t even old enough to drive or old men who shouldn’t even be driving.
No communication between department at all. They don’t know the correct part needed or even if it has been sent out for delivery.
Computer says no.
Truck has been in twice and can't find the problem
