Bought a van here 9 months ago sales staff happy to sell as soon as there was a problem didn't want to no. 9 months on has been back in the garage 7 times with different faults and on 1 occasion was left in car park and forgotten about. I have had several different make vans over the years and this 1 has spent more time in the garage than all of them would not buy another

A massive star for Jamie Rowlands who gave a first class, professional service when I arrived late for my vehicle, it would have been easy to say "we're closing " but Jamie completed the business in his own time and saved my day , thanks Clive 👍

The staff at this garage lie to your face, don't carry out work they are supposed to, cause faults and deny all knowledge,
they talk to you like you are something they have just stood in. This includes sale staff and the service staff AVOID THIS GARAGE.
I have emailed you as requested and you have not replied yet, do you care to comment?

Poor level of work at this garage

the work takes forever, the people working there give no straight answers, and my van wasn't even remotely fixed at the end of it.

You would be better off finding an honest, non-monopolised garage than dealing with this shady place.

Probably the worst experience I've had at a garage. They seem to have spent all of their money on big plastic dinosaurs instead of buying phones, the lack of communication from this place is next level.

Taken over the monopoly in the area, closed some garages then advise that there is a waiting list of over a week for something to be put on diagnostic.

I was only passing through the area, a local advised me that if you buy your vehicle there you get seen straight away, if not, they don’t really want to know.

Such a pity for a ‘Ford’ main dealer, it’s not a Days main dealer.

Absolutely appalling service took 2 weeks to fix a power steering hose and a wheel bearing
