Awful service and Sam on reception service speaks to customers like rubbish, will never use Peugeot again and will be telling family and friends! Although my car has warrently they are refusing to fix the car even thou it's covered by warrently which has left me car less and caused me to loose my job as I need my car for my job! Also Neil the sales manager lied about my insurance end date so I had been driving with no insurance for a month and all he did was laugh, how he is a manger I'll never know, Samantha and Neil should really go on a customer service course and learn to have manners to customers

Not the best experience. I bought a used car from here thinking it would be worth the extra money, so wrong.l have had the 3008 for less then 2 months and it’s been back on 2 occasions and l am now waiting for a reply as it’s got the same issues as before but has more issues.

No response to two emails to Days Peugeot Swansea through motors.co.uk about vehicle KM70 VPU. I explained I didn't live local and if I send photo's and details of my part ex would you be able to provide a part ex price. I understand it is subject to seeing the car but a valuation would be a start before I travel. Maybe it's because I didn't provide a telephone number which is baffling. Why do car sales insist on phoning you? Some people may have a stutter they have overcome but become anxious of that speaking on a phone (as I do). It's time for car sales to offer all methods of communication with their prospective customers and be happy to communicate by the customers preferred method, by not doing this you are losing sales and the car is still advertised three weeks later as this one is.

Extortionate labour charges - wanted £120/hour just to diagnose the root cause of an intermittent engine fault light on our 5008 that's now outside it's warranty period. £120/hour is completely unjustifiable.

Took my Peugeot car as I've lost keys, shame they couldn't have come out to my home as it was an absolute nightmare to get it there. Never lose a Peugot proximity key .. it also costs a fortune to replace. Shaun was very helpful

Don't buy a Peugeot and don't use Days the customer service has been terrible from both. If you have a fault with the car which is not of your doing and need to make an under warranty claim it is highly likely they will not honor the warranty and leave you high and dry to pay for the work yourself. For 3 month's I have been trying to get the rear light replaced due to a manufacturing defect only to be told it is not covered by the warranty and that effectively I will have to pay for a new light and the work myself. I expected more from what I thought were two reputable companies DAYS and Peugeot but have been badly let down by both.

RESPONSE TO DAYS:
I thank you for your response to my post but while my vehicle had not been back to Days since I picked it up new does not mean I haven’t been looking after it. All the servicing documents were produced when I first brought the car in showing it was done to Peugeot servicing requirements. It was when it went to my local car for its service that faults you describe were found because of the condensation building up inside the light causing it to fail. You say I should get in touch for further help when I haven’t really had any so far.
